  During our community-based research on waste  management, we focused on how local residents managed waste and the challenges they faced in properly disposing of materials. One of the major findings was that the community lacked access to proper recycling facilities, and there was a general lack of awareness about effective waste segregation.  My groupmates and I worked with local leaders and residents to introduce educational workshops and demonstrate how separating organic waste from recyclables could reduce landfill waste and promote sustainability.   As I reflect on the third quarter in my ICT class, I realize how much I’ve learned and how much I’ve grown. I’ve discovered how coding really works and how technology can be used to solve problems in the real world. It was exciting to finally understand how different digital tools fit together and how important cybersecurity is in our everyday lives.
