Reflection

Reflection on My Second Quarter Journey During the second quarter, I have gained valuable knowledge and insights that have helped me grow academically and personally. I have discovered new skills, improved my understanding of different subjects, and learned how to manage my time more effectively. More importantly, I have realized the importance of perseverance and continuous learning, especially when faced with new and complex topics. Each lesson has contributed to my growth, making me more confident in my abilities. However, this quarter was not without its challenges. I encountered difficulties in understanding some lessons, managing multiple deadlines, and staying motivated during tough times. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, but I reminded myself that challenges are part of the learning process. Instead of giving up, I sought help from my teachers, classmates, and additional resources to improve my understanding. I also practiced better time management by creating ...

High School Day

Image
The 123rd High School Day celebration at ISNHS was a day to remember, filled with excitement and pride. The school grounds were buzzing with energy as students, teachers, alumni, and staff all came together to celebrate the school’s 123-year legacy. From the grand parade to the lively performances by different student groups, the atmosphere was vibrant and full of school spirit. It was a beautiful sight to see so many people united, all reflecting on how far ISNHS has come and what it continues to stand for. During our practice for high school day, what makes this yearly celebration truly special is how it connects everyone past, present, and future. It’s not just about honoring the school’s history, but about celebrating the hard work and achievements of everyone who has been a part of the ISNHS community. Every year, it reminds us of the values that ISNHS instills: academic excellence, dedication, and the sense of belonging that unites us all. It’s a time to appreciate how much ...

Future

Image
Fifteen years from now , I see myself living a life filled with  and fulfillment. I dream of becoming a doctor, someone who not only treats illnesses but also provides comfort and hope to those in need. The journey won’t be easy there will be long nights of studying, moments of doubt, and challenges along the way but I know it will all be worth it. Helping others heal and making a difference in their lives will give me a sense of fulfillment that no amount of money can buy. Beyond my career, I see myself building a happy and loving family. I want to come home to the people who support and love me unconditionally, sharing laughter over dinner and creating beautiful memories together. Life isn’t just about professional success; it’s about the people we share it with. I want to be a good parent and a loving partner, someone my family can rely on through life’s ups and downs.   Financial stability is also part of my vision, but not just for the sake of wealth. I want to sav...

WE for Gender Equality and Inclusion

Image
Gender equality isn’t just a big idea—it’s about real people and real lives. It’s about the young girl who dreams of becoming a leader, the father who wants to support his daughter’s ambitions, and the mother who works hard but isn’t given the same opportunities as her male colleagues. The theme   "WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society" reminds us that change isn’t just the responsibility of a few—it’s something we must all work toward. When we uplift and empower each other, we create a world where everyone has a fair shot at success, no matter their gender. An inclusive society is one where no one feels invisible or unheard. It’s about making sure that every person—regardless of gender, race, or background—feels valued and respected. It’s the teacher who encourages all students to dream big, the company that gives equal pay for equal work, and the friend who speaks up against discrimination. True inclusion isn’t just about policies; it’s about everyday actions th...

Hearts Day

Image
V alentine's Day, celebrated every year on February 14th, is a special occasion dedicated to expressing love and affection. This tied to the feast day of Saint Valentine, it has evolved over centuries into a celebration of romantic love, though it is also a time to show appreciation for friends, family, and anyone who holds a special place in our hearts. We celebrate Valentine’s Day because it provides an opportunity to focus on the importance of love and relationships in our lives. In this fast-paced world, it can be easy to overlook the people who matter most, and this day encourages us to pause and show our appreciation. Whether it’s through acts of kindness, gifts, or simple expressions of care, Valentine’s Day reminds us of the emotional bonds that enrich our lives through love and compassion for our love ones. On the day of valentines day, i went to school and i see the kids with their flowers to gave to the teachers and their friends In the afternoon mg dad and brother t h...

During our community-based research on waste  management, we focused on how local residents managed waste and the challenges they faced in properly disposing of materials. One of the major findings was that the community lacked access to proper recycling facilities, and there was a general lack of awareness about effective waste segregation.  My groupmates and I worked with local leaders and residents to introduce educational workshops and demonstrate how separating organic waste from recyclables could reduce landfill waste and promote sustainability. It wasn’t just about offering a solution, but about understanding the specific barriers the community faced, like limited infrastructure or cultural habits around waste. By engaging with them directly and collaboratively, we felt the project had real potential to make a lasting impact on both the environment and the community's well-being . On the day of our presentation, we will share the findings from our community-based...
